Because Markase provides custom, done-for-you services rather than pre-made products, our refund policy reflects the nature of that work.
Website Design
- Deposit: Non-refundable once work has begun, as it covers time already invested in discovery, planning, and initial design work.
- Before work begins: If you cancel before any work has started, your deposit will be refunded in full, minus any payment processing fees.
- Mid-project cancellation: If you cancel partway through a project, you will be billed for work completed up to that point; any remaining balance paid in advance beyond that will be refunded.
- After project completion/launch: No refunds are provided once the final website has been delivered and approved by the client.
Meta Ads Management
- Our management fee covers the time and expertise spent setting up and managing your campaigns, and is non-refundable once work for a given billing period has begun.
- Ad spend paid directly to Meta is entirely separate from our fee and is subject to Meta's own policies — Markase has no control over and cannot refund ad spend.
