By engaging Markase for website design or Meta Ads management services, you agree to the following terms.
Markase provides two core services:
Exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project will be confirmed individually with each client before work begins.
To deliver your project on time, we require timely cooperation from you, including:
Delays in providing the above may extend project timelines accordingly.
A deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or per an agreed milestone schedule. For Meta Ads management, our management fee is separate from your advertising budget — ad spend is paid directly to Meta by the client, not through Markase.
Each website project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds, to be agreed upon before the project begins. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
Upon full and final payment, ownership of the completed website design is transferred to the client. Markase retains the right to showcase completed work in its own portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
While we design websites and manage ad campaigns based on proven best practices, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g. a specific number of enquiries, sales, or leads), as these depend on many factors outside our control.
Markase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly, and deposits already paid for work performed are non-refundable (see Refund Policy).
